The staff was nice, and the room was a good size. The location WAS. Pretty central.

The cleanliness left something to be desired, I FOUND. Some areas of the room looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. the air conditioning struggled to keep up, especially during the hottest part of the day. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

My four nights at the hotel were quite relaxing. the room was clean and well-kept with daily towel changes and replenishment of water and coffee. i found the location excellent. It is near the beach and marina, made for convenient walks. i also took advantage of the massage service and found it very worthwhile.

The bar area felt more like a dining area. Its layout was a bit confusing. it didn't fully deliver the ambiance i typically look for in a bar.

staff provided daily towel changes. staff replenished water and coffee in the room daily. the front desk offered quick responses to requests, and solved problems efficiently. the staff assisted with directions to nearby locations.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It also contained an ironing board. air conditioning ensured a comfortable temperature. the room featured blackout curtains. These were very helpful for sleeping during daylight. the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of hot and cold items. fresh fruit. the restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating. A bar menu was also available throughout the day. freshly pressed orange juice was available daily.

The location is super. So many cafe are there. Also I liked the restaurant and beach that I could go to by walking. The breakfast was very good. I liked that I could have beach towels.

Towels looked very old. They are very worn. Pillows was uncomfortable. The pillows are also very hard. The corridors wasn't clean. Some staff aren't responsive to requests.

the location was acceptable with many restaurants nearby.

the air conditioning in my room didn't work. it was hot when i returned, about 45 degrees celsius. despite calling the reception, they did not fix it and offered no alternative rooms. the only suggestion i got was to open the window... and invite mosquitoes in!
